Having gone three years without visiting my land, a friend introduced me to StedPic ltd in 2019. About StedPic Limited

StedPic is a Ugandan-United States based real estate company that offers services including real estate photography, land boundary opening and area verification survey, and Land Title Search. Our services primarily cater to individuals that are unable to physically/often visit their properties as needed, especially those in the diaspora.

StedPic was founded in 2018 by a team of six Ugandan students living in the United States. The idea was inspired by the ongoing challenges faced by Ugandans in the United States, and in the diaspora in general, when buying land, developing and in the long run ensuring safety of their land. The lack of physical presence in Uganda has cost many their life-long investments yet no potent solution currently exists.
